Rosé Côtes du Rhône

Grappes varieties	Grenache 60%, Syrah 30%, Carignan 10%, make up this wine and every variety gives its personality.
Production	40 to 50 Hl (depending on the vintage)
Soil	Shallow clay and sandy-stony soil
Age of the vines	From 20 to 25 years.
Tasting	It is an extremely aromatic wine with good rounded tannins and with dominant tastes of strawberries and red currant.It is a lovely summer wine and it will accompany salads, chicken dishes and cold meats.
Service temperature	from 16 to 18°
Aging	From 3 to 5 years
